Doesn't check max/min salary or cap rules — verify against the rulebook before submitting. The trailing hold gets its own row with no salary typed in — the office prices it off the § 3.10 auto-fill once the deal is legal.

Each year's salary comes straight off that season's § 3.12 Minimum Salary Scale at the "NBA experience" tier above, applied flat across every contract year (no tier climbing). A 1-year deal is further capped at the 2-year veteran minimum, per § 3.12's hardship exception. Not a placeholder — it's the same figures _check_minimum_salary/_check_minimum_contract_cap_hit check against. Replaces the rows below; the trailing hold row is left unpriced for the § 3.10 auto-fill, same as the regular contract helper.
