Each side of a trade is credited with the total Game Score that the
players it acquired went on to produce for that team, regular season and playoffs combined.
- Production counts from the trade's effective season onward. A trade made after a
season's final game counts from the following season.
- Because season stats are stored per team, a player traded midseason only brings his
new team's games with him — production before the trade is never credited.
- Draft picks are listed but carry no value unless they have already
been used and the resulting player is unambiguous. Most traded picks are for future
drafts, so they show as
pending.
- Trades whose effective season hasn't produced games yet are marked
Too early rather than scored.
- Cash, exceptions, and swap rights aren't valued.
Grade thresholds come from the actual distribution of margins
across all graded trades: Even below the median, Edge to
the 75th percentile, Lopsided to the 95th, Fleecing above it.
